Valley Tow 82162 Class II Receiver Review

First of all, this hitch is a class III, not a class II like the title says.It has a 2 inch receiver, not a 1.25 inch like all the other class II hitches.I haven't installed it yet, because the main flaw with this hitch is how it is packaged, or lack there of.No box or anthing.What this means is all the bolts and installation hardware was missing, so now I have to wait for a second hitch and return the first.The price is great, and free shipping from Amazon, can't complain there, but they really need a better way to package this thing and secure the bolts to the hitch.Now I just hope that the second one they send will have the installation hardware.
