Curt Manufacturing 13156 Class III Receiver Review

First: service / shipping--excellent, arrived quickly and in good shape

Second: the hitch--did try to put it on myself which proved difficult as I had to get the cover plates off our QX4; actually couldn't do it because I don't have a powered wrench--nothing to do with hitch, but since we had to have our mechanic put it on ($50), I can't speak to the difficulty of self-installation. Once on, solid as a rock and doesn't protrude appreciably, so I would say it looks great--not quite as if it came from the factory, but close. We are using it for a bike rack, so I can't speak to how it "feels" with a trailer, etc. Overall, very pleased
